Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship to all of Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, and express shipping around 7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at team@craftedhaus.com.au. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us at team@craftedhaus.com.au right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it quickly.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

How do I know what size handle to order?

Most of our cabinet handles list their "centres" — the distance between the two mounting screw holes — in the product title or variant options (for example, 96mm, 128mm or 160mm). See our guide on how to measure cabinet handle centres if you're replacing existing hardware.

What materials are your handles made from?

Our range includes solid brass, leather-wrapped, and marble designs — the material and finish for each product is listed on its individual product page.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on Australia-wide shipping. If you're ordering from outside Australia, please contact us at team@craftedhaus.com.au and we'll see what we can do.
